This transition from traditional "analog" lighting to a new generation of "digital" LED lighting fixtures requires breadth of experience in lighting, semiconductors, and green building technologies. Lunera has assembled a leadership team that will deliver on the promise of energy efficient LED lighting.
Steve Paolini
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Paolini is the Chief Technology Officer for Lunera Lighting utilizing his decades of experience in LED technology to ensure that Lunera continues to be an innovator in developing fixtures that reduce energy consumption, emit great light, and deliver on the reliability benefits of LED technology.
Steve founded Telelumen LLC in 2007 to develop a record-and-playback system for illumination. Prior to founding Telelumen, Steve held management positions at Philips Lumileds Lighting in product development, business development, and intellectual property. Mr. Paolini also held various management and engineering positions as Hewlett Packard Optoelectronics Division in the US, Japan, and Malaysia.
He holds four patents and speaks frequently at conferences and universities on a variety of topics relating to LEDs.
